Every time Tumblr is down…
I’m gonna do a little rant. I thought she had poor single choices for the born this way era. I can deal with Born This Way being the first single, even though it’s not my favorite, cause it was the main message of the album. I thought Judas should have never been a single. It’s an alright song and I do like the video, but I just thought it was poor judgement for a second single. Too much ignorant controversy surrounding it. I Like edge of glory as a single. It’s a great song, but the video was pretty dull. You and I definitely should not have been a single.It’s a decent love song, but not my favorite from her. Although I understand it has a lot of personal meaning to her. I love “marry the night”, I think she should have done that for her second or third single.
My main gripe was that her two best dance songs on the record were not singles! In my opinion, those were Scheiße and Heavy Metal Lover. Those two songs should have replaced judas and you and I as singles. I think they would have done really well in the charts.
I just hope she chooses better singles for ARTPOP.
Gaga just give us the single release date already!!!
